These Terms cover your use of the Azorebaylife website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. Confirming your age on the entry page constitutes your representation that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, harms property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise all reasonable care to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the fullest degree allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Azorebaylife or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We do not control the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
